BOYS WITH BRAINS GROWS THROUGH ACQUISITION SERVICE PARTNER
Rosmalen, 26 august 2020, Smart Fulfilment Servicespecialist Boys with Brains has taken over the maintenance and service organization from IBS projects. It is the first acquisition of Boys with Brains this year, which can be described as a surprisingly exciting year for many companies.
Director Alexander van Eindhoven from IBS projects: “the takeover by Boys with Brains of our service and maintenance department, gives us as an organization the opportunity to serve our customers even more internationally. Our customers are increasingly opting for turnkey solutions that also require long-term service and maintenance. In order to realize this, we need an international partner who manages these services. The 24×7 international service provision Boys with Brains certainly benefits our customer”.
The current project-based activities of IBS Projects will therefore certainly not change, but give us more opportunity for expansion.

Together with our Italian business partner, we now serve 17 countries in Europe. We want to offer our clients a total package of bundled service provision on both existing and new systems and our aim is to really be that very smart service partner for our customers who can completely unburden them ”, says Dave Spijker, Managing Director Boys with Brains. “
As a result of the acquisition, Alexander van Eindhoven will also join the management of Boys with Brains as Operational Director. IBS projects will continue to play a role as a partner of Boys with Brains in the field of turnkey projects and project management.
