Installation services

Our Technical Couriers & Engineers take care of the installation and service on location. They are always trained on the products and services they need to install and service for our clients. As a result, they are the ‘hands and feet’for the client without being on their payroll. Our Technical Couriers & Engineers always have a specific grab stock in their cars and trucks, so that they can switch immediately and quickly in the event of common calamities. The most common service is next business day. This makes it easy to plan the supply of the cars.

Planned installation and maintenance services are of course easier to direct from the project management department than there are calamities such as with swap services. During installation or maintenance, our Technical Couriers & Engineers take the assignments along on the planned route and take care of them through the Smart service Software for the correct handling of the installation or maintenance. They also always take a photo of how things have been delivered and only leave when the installed equipment or services have been left working and approved by the customer.

The same approach applies to unplanned installation services or rather swap services, except that the speed of response and being on location with the right equipment are of extra importance. The Smart Service Software in combination with our 24×7 multilingual service desk plays an important factor in the quality with which we can achieve this for our clients. In addition, having the right stocks and the overnight shipping or delivery services (nightly supply) of the means of transport our Technical Couriers & Engineers make it possible that we can make a difference for every client
