Technical couriers & engineers

The ‘boys & girls’ on the road are, of course, in addition to our 24×7 multilingual service desk employee pearls within Boys with Brains. Without them, we would never be able to achieve the speed and quality that is necessary to ensure a perfect installation or swap service on location for our clients with knowledge and expertise. Our Technical Couriers & Engineers are trained for every action they have to do for our clients. Whether this is the delivery, installation or service of a large photo kiosk, POS system or just a small laptop or mobile phone.

Our Technical Couriers & Engineers drive on various means of transport for our clients to location. This can even be done via the bike, scooter or Segway are on assignments in busy cities. Of course it is usually with an (electric) delivery van or truck. We ensure that they always have a certain stock with them for our customers who have more disruptions than other clients due to their volume. If something is not immediately in stock, it will be no later than Next business day made sure that the equipment arrived at the customer site. The Technical Couriers & Engineers are supplied via overnight delivery, so that there is always sufficient stock.

A Technical Couriers & Engineers always ensure that they report properly and identify themselves at the customer on location. After installation, they also ensure that they have delivered the equipment or services in working order and always take a photo (s) after delivery. This is then saved again and registered in the Smart Service Software. The old equipment is neatly taken back and registered in the stock of our client and registered to assess whether it can still be repaired. If so, it is ensured that this old equipment can be used again as swap stock. The Technical Couriers & Engineers only leave the location after the customer has signed for approval and they have it Service with a Smile really experienced it.
